In my experience, the 2 most important things to any business owner is generating revenue, and having good people around them who they can trust.
During my time as COO working in private enterprise for the best part of 10 years, I witnessed a great deal of success from a fiscal point of view, however a challenge that was constantly at play was retaining top talent.
People will leave for a raft of reasons; perhaps more money elsewhere, a different position, greater opportunities, but what often goes unnoticed is that a lot of the time, they leave because on some level, they don’t feel understood, valued, appreciated, and heard in the workplace.
It was for these reasons that I developed a fixation on how to better engage with people and ensure that top talent was always encouraged, coached, and inspired to stay aligned with the vision of a company.
My fixation and passion for understanding people and staff engagement led me to becoming an accredited ICF coach with CTI (Co Active Training Institute) in 2023.
I started UVAH with the intention of working with as many businesses as I can to teach a tool that can be used for life, and increase revenue at the same time.
What is UVAH
UVAH is a conversational coaching tool designed to increase staff engagement which can be taught for both individuals and groups. UVAH will assist Business Owners, C Suite, and Management Teams to drive employee productivity. What is Coaching?

Moreover, coaching focuses on the “now” and future movement.
Often coaching can be confused with mentoring. Mentoring typically is around advice-giving, utilizing experience or expertise in a particular field or industry to assist the client in decision making and direction, whereas coaching focuses on the creativity of the individual and bringing out what is happening in their world at the current moment.
